You fill in the brief
Your name, email, company name and one sentence about what you do. If you already have a website, add its address. No account needed.

You get version 0.1
We look at your company and your competitors, then build a static website from our own modules, not from a template. You get a preview link.

You approve it and pick a plan
If you do not like the design, you pay nothing. If you do, you pick a plan and the site goes live on your domain.

A new gallery in the work section, with captions and alt text for every photo.
Change the opening hours for the holidays
Opening hours swapped everywhere they appear, together with a note about the break.

Announce the December promotion
An announcement bar above the content and a section with the details. We take both down when you say so.

The number changed in the footer, on the contact page and everywhere else you list it.

The questions we get most often
What does it cost after I approve it?
From $25 per month on the Starter plan. Editor is $60, Editor+ is $115, all excluding VAT. The build is part of the subscription, and you pick the plan only once you have seen the finished design. Every rate is in the pricing.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. You describe the change in a sentence on a chat, the way you would write it in an email to someone on your team. There is no admin panel, no plugins and no updates to keep track of.
Can someone make the changes for me?
Yes. Any plan can be extended with VIP support, a dedicated person who publishes new content and optimises it. Without it you request changes on the chat and approve them yourself, and our team still steps in for anything beyond routine edits.
How many changes can I make?
Every plan has a monthly AI allowance rather than a limit on the number of changes, and there is no limit at all if you connect your own API key. If you are planning an unusually heavy month on the site, say so in the brief and we will pick the plan to match.
What about the domain and email?
Hosting is included in every plan (1 GB on Starter). On Starter you bring your own domain; on the Editor and Editor+ plans the domain is included. Your email stays with your current provider - we change the website, not your mailbox.
What if I cancel?
Plans are monthly. You keep the rights to your content and photos, while the website itself, its code and design, stays with the service. We describe the whole model in the Conversational CMS guide.
