Privacy and cookies policy
This policy explains how data is processed when you visit typesomething.co and how you can control optional analytics and marketing tools.

1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website is hmmh Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Rybacka 9, lok. 4A1, 53-656 Wrocław, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0000879523, NIP 8971888096.
You can contact the controller at sales@hmmh.pl.
2. What data we process and why
- Technical data necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, request time and server logs — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website usage data in Google Analytics — only after you consent to analytical storage (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Advertising and conversion data in Meta Pixel — only after you consent to marketing storage (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Data you voluntarily provide when contacting us — to answer your inquiry or take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, depending on the context).
3. Cookies, local storage and Consent Mode
The website stores your consent preferences in your browser’s local storage. This is necessary to remember your choice and does not serve advertising purposes.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are blocked until you grant the relevant consent. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates the selected analytics and advertising consent states to the Google tag after it is enabled.
You can accept, reject or configure optional categories separately. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Service providers and data transfers
Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are based on safeguards provided by applicable law and the providers’ contractual arrangements. Details are available in the privacy information published by Google and Meta.
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics measurement, if analytical consent is granted.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel advertising measurement, if marketing consent is granted.
- Hosting and technical service providers — only to the extent necessary to operate and secure the website.
5. Retention
Technical logs are retained only for the period necessary for security, diagnostics and service operation. Consent preferences remain in your browser until you change them or clear local storage. Analytics and marketing data is retained according to the settings and retention rules of Google and Meta, or until consent is withdrawn where applicable.
6. Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Data portability where the legal conditions are met.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, its tools or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date are always published on this page.
